New Project(s)

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to let you know what I've been up to the last several weeks. As you probably know, I've been writing sports content for a website called Simply Sports Talk for about a year now. I am still writing for SST, but I have assumed ownership of the site and have begun turning the site into a more complete source of news reporting. We just recently re-released my Zenyatta book as well and have a couple other ebooks in the process of being completed.

If anyone is interested in writing unique sports content, please let me know. I always welcome fresh voices and we will see if you are a good fit for the team.

Anyway, with all that said, I've been busy writing for my various clients and this hasn't left a lot of time for fiction writing, but I did actually sell my first short story. I will be keeping you updated where you can read this once it is published.

I've also been writing an ebook on a financial topic that will be used as a promotional tools for a website that I've been writing content for. I'm about 7,000 words away from completing this project and will hopefully be done over the course of the next couple weeks. Again, once this is up and live, I will be posting links so that you can see it.

What I've been up to

I've recently purchased a sports website and I have been working like crazy to make it successful. I've been affiliated with SimplySports-Talk.com for a while now, but I am currently running the site as an owner. It's been a lot of work, but it's also been a lot of fun. I enjoy working with other writers and helping them break into the competitive world of sports commentary and reporting.

We hope to bring our readers a lot of unique material. For example, I just published an article on Bill James and whether or not he should be elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame (my answer is an enthusiastic yes!).

We also are in the midst of producing a few different ebooks which will be available on the Amazon Kindle in the near future. We already have one out there on the racehorse Zenyatta.

If anyone is interested in learning more about the site, or even if you are interested in potentially writing for us, please feel free to email me at simplysportstalk(@)gmail.com.
